Refund and Cancellation Policy

Free trial lesson

The first SAT Math trial lesson offered through this website is free, so there is no charge to refund. To cancel or reschedule a trial lesson, contact swetalana.abram@gmail.com as early as reasonably possible.

Offer after the trial lesson

After the tutor conducts the trial lesson and explains the findings, the family may receive an optional paid preparation offer. No payment is due unless the adult customer chooses to continue and accepts the written offer.

Paid tutoring

Before payment, the customer will receive written terms stating the program price, included sessions, cancellation and rescheduling rules, refund eligibility, and processing time. Those accepted terms will govern the purchase, together with any mandatory consumer rights.

No score-based refund promise

ErudiMath does not currently offer a guaranteed score increase or an automatic score-based refund.
