Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 20, 2026

ErudiMath is currently operated by Abramova Svetlana. The planned business jurisdiction is Armenia. No paid services are offered through this website until business registration and payment setup are complete. For privacy questions or requests, contact swetalana.abram@gmail.com.

Information we collect

When an adult requests a free SAT Math trial lesson, we collect the adult contact’s name and email address, the student’s grade, an optional current SAT Math score range, and campaign attribution parameters. We may ask for additional preparation details after the request is submitted. Our server may also process basic technical information, such as an IP address, to protect the form from abuse.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to the request, arrange and provide the free trial lesson, prepare a personalized recommendation, communicate about ErudiMath services, protect the site, understand the source of requests, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Minors

The request form is intended for adults. A student aged 13–17 must have a parent or legal guardian submit the form. Students aged 18 or older may submit it themselves. Do not submit personal information for a child under 13. If we learn that such information was submitted, we will delete it.

Service providers and transfers

We use Hostinger to host the website, email providers to deliver requests, and Telegram to send private lead notifications to the ErudiMath team. A selected independent tutor may receive the information reasonably needed to prepare for and conduct the trial lesson. These providers and tutors may process information in countries other than Armenia or the visitor’s country. We share only what is needed to provide the requested service.

Retention

Trial lesson requests and related correspondence are normally retained for up to 12 months after the last interaction, unless a longer period is required for security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Information is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information, or withdraw consent to future communications, by emailing swetalana.abram@gmail.com. We may request reasonable verification before acting on a request. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not limited by this policy.

Security

We use HTTPS, access controls, private server configuration, input validation, and request-rate controls to reduce risk. No online system is completely secure, so please do not send information that is not needed for the trial lesson.

Changes

We may update this policy when the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will show the latest revision.
